What are the requirements for a good PhD Public Administration Program?

Would like to ask the panel and solicit comments from members as follows:

- Which universities offer the best programs in Public Administration at PhD level?

- What are the best programs in terms of work load and Face to Face or distance learning support?

 

What you mean best in term of distance learning or on campus? As far as on campus, Harvard University. For distance learning Valdosta State University is on the top of Walden University and Northcentral University.

 

You will want a school that is NASPAA Accredited. NASPAA does not currently accredit Doctoral programs, but a PhD/DPA from a school with NASPAA accreditation at the Master's levels is considered to be superior than one from a non-accredited one from my conversations in academia.
