Found this, so what do you guys think? The non-profit Business Technology Open University offers a completely free MBA of Project Management PM. Its operations are supported by ads - content oriented - of companies, inside the texts of the lessons. However, Business Technology is totally independent and without any connection with any manufacturer or consultant. The jcmelo INSTITUTE are a philanthropic and no-profit organization, to help poor citizens (of every country) to study the Next-Generation matters of Business Administration and of Information Technology Management. http://business-technology.us/index.html
I think that people will need to exercise caution with this. Here's an entertaining old thread: http://forums.degreeinfo.com/showthread.php?t=6550 Schools make me nervous when their 'contact' pages don't include a physical address. It's hard to imagine graduating from a "university" without having any idea where it is. http://business-technology.us/contact.htm
When you are finished with the program, don't forget the optional donation of $245 to receive your "official Public Notary Certified Diploma."

When I telephoned the "campus" just now, the phone was answered, "Hello." The last time I tried calling them was in 2004, when they were called "ABET University of Miami." The phone then was in Jacksonville, a mere 300 miles from Miami.
What I want to know is: What does ABET (the Accrediting Board of Engineering and Technology) think of ABET Open University using their initials?
The "Accrediting Board for Engineering and Technology" formally changed its name to "ABET, Inc." in 2005. So, ABET Open University appears to share ABET, Inc.'s name, not just its initials. ABET, Inc. is probably not happy about ABET Open University. It's true that ABET, Inc. doesn't accredit MBA degrees, such as those purportedly offered by ABET Open University. However, ABET, Inc. does accredit degree programs in Industrial Management, and is involved with the accreditation of joint engineering/business degree programs at some schools. So ABET, Inc. does have some presence in business/management education, and the name of "ABET Open University" could reasonably be regarded as misleading. It's not clear that "ABET Open University" has any formal degree-granting status from any state or national government (in fact, it's not even clear what jurisdiction they represent). If you can learn something from their materials, then that's fine, but their "degrees" probably have no more legal standing than one that you made with your laser printer at home.
If that's the case, you are just as well off reading "The Complete Idiot's Guide to the MBA" or studying through this program. One could also gain the same knowledge through the reading list found at the "Personal MBA" site. No degrees are granted, but if you're just looking for the knowledge, your probably better off than studying through ABET Open University.
