FYI, Oxford Brookes University (UK), through its School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, offers a Open-Learning MBA with Hospitality Management specialization. Courses are delivered using various media (books, videos, on-line, etc.). Apparently it's quite user-friendly and the program is open to students worldwide. http://www.brookes.ac.uk/schools/harm/mbahospitalitymain.html The University had a good showing in the recent Times British University Ranking. It gained 9 places and is one of the top "NEW" universies (Ex-Polytechnical Institutes) and the only one in the top 50.
