I would think that if the Obama DoJ blocked someone's testimony once upon a timethen the Trump DoJ (Sessions) would be able to rectify that situation pretty easily.
Umm, yes he is - today, in fact; but this time, he's on on the receiving end of Russian-related (and other) questions. https://pilotonline.com/news/government/politics/the-latest-sessions-says-mueller-team-hasn-t-questioned-him/article_15cde3a6-1d03-550b-8032-d8438dea7652.html https://www.cbsnews.com/news/jeff-sessions-testimony-hearing-live-stream-senate-judiciary-committee-live-updating/ Jeff Sessions to senator: 'Give me a break' - CNN Video J.
Such a horrible crime and Sessions can't even be bothered to investigate. It's no wonder that Bannon plans to primary all those old guard Republicans in 2018. Or, maybe it just means that they've already looked into it and have determined that there's nothing there. It's hard to say.
