Maybe he's "on record" but this time he'll be under oath. In the words of that esteemed Jurist, Judge Judy, "If you tell the truth you don't need a good memory."
The reports I've read suggest that he's planning on taking the 5th. We'll see. He's on my list of "Most likely to visit prison."
