Hmmm. It's not clear why the Police aren't doing more.

Herr Mueller's alt.left forced narrative is failing the smell test

The Awan scandal does not fit Mueller's alt.left narrative, which is trying to force Manafort into flipping as a witness against the president. Mueller is using intimidation, with the threat of indicting Manafort to flip him (and use him as a witness against the president). It will not work. However, it's a lot of stress on Manafort, as well as an enormous financial drain for Manafort to pay his attorneys enormous fees to defend him from the unlimited financial resources of Mueller's legal team. This immoral political crap will back fire -- rest assured.

Even alt.right accounts show no definite link between this man and Russian election meddling OR Trump's potential obstruction of justice - and these are Mueller's mandate. When and if this link will become apparent, then you can call on Mueller to investigate this person. Until then, Capitol Police seem to have a handle on this.

Meanwhile, you can't imagine how much pleasure Manafort's misfortune brings me. I know it's not Christian, I do. But: the most recent big success on this guy's resume is helping Yanukovich get elected in 2010. That reign brought corruption, disorder, misery, and death to Ukraine, and directly caused 2014 protests and the ongoing war with Russia. Trump hired Manafort with the resume like this. So pox on both their houses.

Trying to paint old Paul as an innocent victim does not square with the fact that he used Trump Transition e-mail to demonstrate his usefulness to old employers and at one point offered Russian billionaire "regular briefings" on the Presidential campaign. And if you plan to call for evidence of that billionaire's, Oleg freaking Deripaska, ties with the Kremlin, my advice is don't embarrass yourself. He is a key pillar of Putin's regime, embodying it more than anyone, along with the Rotenberg brothers and key Putin aides like Sechin and Peskov.

And not a Mueller in sight.

No special prosecutors for this Burning Man of actual malfeasance? Here there is no need to peruse every scrap memo of the past eleven years in search of some technical violations. Here we have a family of frickin Awans breaking multiple laws of larceny and national security. Here we have an ideological family of Democrats covering for the malfeasors.

And...the egregious abuse of females to boot. With female Democrat officeholders saying nary a word against the abuse.

Seriously? There is no need for a Special Prosecutor because a regular Prosecutor is sufficient, and busy at work investigating. The only reason there's a need for Special prosecutor is because the matter involves a sitting President and the AG. Sheesh!

Mueller will not leave any stone unturned. He needs to follow the investigation wherever it leads. Just like Kenneth Star went after Clinton for the Monica Lewskiny matter. The investigation originally had nothing to do with Lewsiny, but we all know how things turned. That's just how the system works.

    a non-denial denial

btw did you hear that Mueller just requested the phone records for Air Force 1? The next thing you know they'll be trying to get their hands on Sean Spicer's notebooks. Remember Spicer? The guy who has been in every important meeting for the past 2 years? The guy Trump fired? The guy who might have an ax to grind? Yeah, those notebooks.

I had no idea that you are this dishonest. You fabricate something and then score me for not denying your fabrication.

Duly noted. First, here's Manafort's house - a brownstone. Looks like the pox may have started already.

And here's the mammoth that Yanukovych built with about $600 million pilfered from the Ukrainian people. What a monster! The house structure cost about one tenth of the total. The rest is for grand pianos, alabaster, furnishings, antique cars, exotic creatures etc. And to think, this man, Yanukovych, never drew a salary of over $2,000 a month!

Two poxes (or is than poxen?) and a blight-to-go, coming right up!
