I am not a math major, but if the entire ACA covers barely 20 million across Medicaid expansion, young adults on parents' plan, and other employer mandates... how can 24 million lose it? No one plans to remove the "young" 24 year old living in grandma's basement on Cheetos, with lack of razors demanding their new Apple X. There are... 13.7 million 19-25 on parent's policy. . . .
