Since this is already being discussed in public venues, it can be noted that there are different levels of intelligence:
    1. intelligence
    2. counter-intelligence
    3. counter-counter-intelligence
    4. counter-counter-counter-intelligence
    5. counter-counter-counter-counter-intelligence
    6. etc.

After a certain number of "counters" you get to the Illuminati and if you go a few more you get to the White Lotus so, yeah, I'm all in on this game.

It's a direct quote from a government issued training manual (not the Illuminati propaganda).

I expect it's actually true. Just as a consumer-level example, police start using radar guns, so motorists get radar detectors, so Virginia makes those illegal and deploys radar detector detectors (really!), so radar detector manufacturers redesign their products to have "stealth" to hide from RDDs. And so it goes.

And if that's true just for something as mundane as speeding tickets, imagine how complicated it must get in conflicts between competing well-funded agencies of very smart, very paranoid people.

Or to the "Russians", which has apparently become another synonym for 'Illuminati' in the last few weeks. The grand conspiracy that is secretly manipulating events all around the world from behind the scenes.

The very first sentence in the blog post in the OP says that there's "something" going on in the intelligence agencies and "we have no idea what it is". Which is true enough I guess (depending on who "we" refers to, since somebody must know what's happening in there).

Despite that, the author draws some exceedingly speculative conclusions.

Wow, that doesn't make sense. Everyone knows the Illuminati are much smarter than the Russians.
