To me this just keeps getting interestinger and interestinger https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/powerpost/paloma/daily-202/2016/05/16/daily-202-the-presidency-is-hillary-clinton-s-to-lose-here-are-12-ways-she-could-lose-it/5738b37d981b92a22d7ee2f0/
The e-mail server issue is being investigated, but the FBI has repeatedly said she isn't the target of that investigation. That doesn't mean she's invulnerable--she could face charges if the investigation uncovers something that warrants it. But that's categorically true in any investigation.
Mmmmm... that sounds like the tortured logic behind civil forfeiture cases where they "arrest the money for being suspicious" even though the actual person holding it isn't being charged with a crime.
It's not "tortured logic." Even in the source you quoted it's clear they aren't looking at her specifically. Hey, I'm okay with indicting her if there is enough evidence to justify it. But so far, it doesn't look that way.
And I seriously doubt they'll indict her anyway, so in a sense it's a moot point. But to say she's not at the center of this strains credulity IMO.
You know, of course, that these things don't matter a bit to her followers. They like her because she has "political experience" even if that experience is not noteworthy. This election will come down to one thing and one thing only: does she have enough supporters? She can do almost any self-destructive thing and not dissuade them, so pointing out her blatant disregard for national security, errors in judgement, sexism, flip-flopping does no good. Her followers don't care. They don't understand what's happening to them and want someone to do something (preferably to someone else)! So, again, the question is, are there enough of these people to vote her in as President? The quality of the opposition, world events, quasi-investigations nothing else matters.
The truth! SHE has to be the biggest joke running and yet everyone acts as if shes super woman. A local reporter stood outside a Democratic Convention asking people what their favorite Hillary accomplishment was.....many hours later and no attendees were able to give one example. She has to be the most vile person to be first lady. Fired for ethics violation and described by her co-workers at the Rose law firm as having no moral compass, scandal after scandal.
it's interesting to note two changes. the first is that a Fox national poll indicates Trump ahead of Clinton for the first time. the second is that the Libertarian candidate (Gary Johnson) scored in double digits for the first time. aberration or trend?
Hillary is a terrible candidate, flawed in so many ways. One thing I believe Trump was dead on about, is that if she were a male, her candidacy would be a farce. I predict that during the general election campaign, a Swift Boat Veterans-type group will pop up, with the families, friends, and colleagues of those who were left to die in Benghazi, and especially the family members that Clinton lied to, to be featured prominently.
