You know, of course, that these things don't matter a bit to his followers. They like him because he "tells it like it is," even if it is, seemingly, several different things simultaneously. This election will come down to one thing and one thing only: does he have enough supporters? He can do almost any self-destructive thing and not dissuade them, so pointing out his hypocrisies, racism, sexism, flip-flopping, and an utter lack of understanding of policy and national security does no good. His followers don't care. They don't understand what's happening to them and want someone to do something (preferably to someone else)! So, again, the question is, are there enough of these people to vote him in as President? The quality of the opposition, world events, nothing else matters.
