He is still mad because Kelly has been the only journalist who has asked him a tough question, that I have seen anyway. He probably thought since she is with FOX, she would only ask him easy questions. Now, he will be a no show because "she is bias against me", or so he says. Sounds like she is just trying to be an impartial reporter/moderator to me. He's probably more afraid of Cruz. Trump has a big lead going into Iowa, and he sees this as an excuse to avoid a situation that might erode it.
