I get it. Fully appreciated. However, the U.S. Government isn't afraid to show its own cyber-teeth. Thanks to Kizmet, in another thread, for the link. America If, as stated, the "secret arsenal" is ready to lock down North Korea if the occasion demanded - why can't it be used to do likewise for ISIS - right now?
