I am a pretty liberal Democrat but I don't mind saying that I'm really not sure I can trust her.

I know how you feel because I was a liberal Democrat back in 1992 and that's how I felt about Bill Clinton.

But, at least for the moment, today's liberal Democrats who recognize Hillary Clinton for what she is have Bernie Sanders as an alternative. I don't agree with him on a lot of things, but at least he seems like he's not full of crap. And I read this morning that he's now in a statistical tie with Clinton in New Hampshire polls.

While the GOP has probably aggrandized the Sec. Clinton e-mail server situation for their own benefit, it concerns me as much as when Gov. Romney bought the PCs his staff used when he left office in Mass. While it was legal, it doesn't pass the sniff test.

It's too bad that the Clinton machine has scared off other good candidates from running, and sucked the money and oxygen out of the Democratic Primary process. Our own Sen. Warner is a reasonable politician. He's not exciting, but I could do without exciting in the Oval office.

Besides we had too much excitement in the Oval Office during the first Clinton Presidency, and some sniffing too, I think. :smileeek:

I too am a liberal Democrat, and Hilary scares me as well. It sucks that I cannot vote during the primaries since I'm outside the U.S. I'm already registered with the embassy though, so I guess the general election will have to do. Although, if she wins the Presidency, I can definitely see Bill with a huge smile in his face while entering the Oval Office. ( in Bill's voice) "Bring on the interns. I have to show them a few Cuban cigars, now that they are legal and such." :tongue2:

The Clintons get a lot of grief from their opponents, but they've been good leaders for this country.

That said, the suspicions about Hillary Clinton's privacy are all self-inflicted. She has a taste for being less-than-open in situations that just don't matter. This leaves people suspicious, despite no findings of wrong-doing. (Except the potential for mishandling classified information, which is being investigated currently.) The Right hates her, but she doesn't have to feed into it.
