He just needs to stop with the botox. To me it just makes me think of him as a news reader. Besides, a few wrinkles lend gravitas.
John Kerry is a war hero, having earned three (three!) Purple Hearts and a Silver Star. He's been a U.S. Senator and is now our Secretary of State. I'm grateful we've had him as one of our leaders over the years, and I'm glad we have him as Secretary of State in these unsettled times.
But Kiz, he is helping stimulate the economy by consuming botox, and employing the botox shooter. One step at a time. I don't think he needs to prove how macho he is with all the medals he has. Moral of the story? Wrinkles or no wrinkles, they guy has huevos.
How are we ever gonna make the muslim brotherhood love us if we don't provide air support for the destruction of the legitimate Syrian government....geesh! John Kerry, the quintessential liberal warrior Unfit For Command: Swift Boat Veterans Speak Out Against John Kerry: John E. O'Neill, Jerome R. Corsi: Amazon.com: Books
I really struggle to think of anything remarkable that Kerry has accomplished in his career. And a war hero? Well, not according to those who were with him in Vietnam.
Wait- what? We're still on this? The swift boat truthers were debunked almost as soon as they first opened their mouths. Mad long ago.
hehe I'm convinced he was a hero....he needed the medals to throw over the white house fence in protest.
Yes, we now have the term "Swiftboating" someone which is to smear someone politically with falsehoods.
I wish we had Kerry in the Oval Office rather than the current guy. Obama launches push for support on Syria, calls for quick action in Congress At least he seems to get some of the nuances of power foreign diplomacy. " "I don't want to take off the table an option that might or might not be available to a president of the United States to secure our country," Kerry told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. The circumstances where troops should be used could be "in the event Syria imploded, for instance, or in the event there was a threat of a chemical weapons cache falling into the hands of al-Nusra or someone else, and it was clearly in the interests of our allies and all of us - the British, the French and others - to prevent those weapons of mass destruction falling into the hands of the worst elements," he said." I'm not sure Obama knows that Al-Nusra is as poor an alternative as the current Syrian Government.
And by what counterfactual scenario (hypothetical "what if") would you put Kerry in the Oval Office? If he had been elected in 2004, he would have used up his two allowable terms by now.
Ted, I said I will prefer him, didn't indicate that it was a possibility. My point was that we, as Americans, have been poorly served by the current guy. I would never vote for the likes of John Kerry, but even he would be far superior to what we have. In fact the only prominent dems I think could do a worse job are Joe Biden and Al Sharpton.
