Rachel Maddow uses UC Davis course catalog to rebut Santorum claim - Elections - The Sacramento Bee Ouch! Abner
Rick Santorum is a joke. He just needs to drop out and move on with his life. He's embarrassing himself.
Good grief what a knob. Agreed, just give it a rest already. Let the Mormonism hatred commence full scale, I can't wait. Me and a couple of buddies are betting on which comes first: Mormons oppress/hate/persecute/torture A. Blacks B. Gays C. Women D. Hispanics E. All of the Above Gonna be a wild ride.
A few weeks ago Rick Santorum made the ridiculous claim that 10% of the deaths in the Netherlands was euthanasia deaths. Of the euthanized patients, 50% were unwilling forced deaths because their medical costs were going to be too high so they were euthanized to save the state money. The not-so-brilliant Santorum went on to make the ridiculous claim that it was common for the dutch to wear orange bands on their wrist that pleaded, "Please don't euthanisize me". He went on to further claim that the Dutch were afraid to go into a hospital because they might be euthanized against their will. Dr. Maddow interviewed a dutch news anchor that said it was all untrue, ridiculous and insulting.
It is legal in the Netherlands, and that may come as a shock to many, including myself. A quick google search found this site Euthanasia in the Netherlands I don't know if this site is accurate but it reads. In 1996 a second report on euthanasia in Holland (for 1995) was published. In the interim the number of cases where a doctor had made a decision with the intention to hasten death without the patients express request had risen from 15% to almost 20% of the total annual mortality rate of the Netherlands. At the same time, the number of cases of euthanasia, using the narrow Dutch definition, rose from 2,300 to over 3000, a 30% increase in just 5 years. That is pretty scary.
Yeah. I don't know where this guys come up with this stuff. I guess they think nobody will fact check them? He can tell some whoppers. A while back his whopper (99 cents at Burger King) buddy flip flop Mitt stated the U.S. was the only country in the world to place their hand over their hearts during their national anthem. Or was is Santorum? Ah, either way. The longer these guys talk, the more time they have to piss off big voting blocks, like women for instance. I for one hope Santorum stays in as long as possible. Have a good day everyone! I hope nobody get theirs chonies all bunched up over anything I said. Abner  "It was the wild wild west, it was the wild wild west, it was the wild wild west, it was the wild wild west." (I have had this song stuck in my head - remake of the Will Smith Wild West movie song). P.S. I wish my republicans friends luck with their respective candidates. No, I am not being sarcastic. In the end, we all love our country. Each side/party will have their respective turns soon enough, as it was designed to be. In the end, no man can be 100% unbiased. Bowing out, Abner
Will Smith is terrible. Don't hate yourself too much, however. There is a very good reason why you can't get the song out of your head. Compare: Will Smith Wild Wild West Song - YouTube Stevie Wonder - I Wish (the original version) - YouTube ...as usual, the only good part to a Will Smith song is the part that has nothing to do with Will Smith.
Ha!!!!!!!!! P.s. Please excuse all the early morning typos/gramos!!!!!! My God!!!!!!!!! Es una desgracia!!!!!!!! Abner
The Escape Club - Wild Wild West - AOL Video - YouTube "real" Wild Wild West song. Awesome, totally awesome.
Oh, I see what you mean. I opened it in a rush while I was on the road earlier. Except for the words, an exact match. I had no idea. Now I REALLY can't get that song out of my head. Abner
I don't think Santorum made this stuff up. Truth is stranger than fiction. People thought I was making up the Weather Underground and the fact that the terrorist group's leader wrote about Obama in his book and is currently a professor at a Chicago university.
