You feel my pain. Except I was raised here. I grew up and learned to think for myself. Everybody else seems to be experiencing a severe state of mental stagnation; or, as is sometimes the case, they have become enlightened to varying degrees, but are afraid of losing their chunk of the establishment pie if they buck their elders. emissary, Yes, there is an air of social elitism here in Dallas I still can't wrap my head around. I guess I should still keep trying to "network" even if it means stepping on anybody and everybody to become a local celebrity, at the minimum, get my picture in "D" Magazine.
