    Congratulations to Senator Obama on winning the 2008 presidential election.
    This is historic not only for the United States but for African Americans. This is a wonderful day for abner as well. No more sign stealing and lawn invasions. :D

    Wasn't that the reason the campaigning finally ended and the vote taken? All so Abner's political lawn signs remain unmolested and not stolen! :rolleyes:

    My 9th graders think Obama is already president. They were quite upset to find out Bush was still president until January. I guess that their extremely low scores from 8th grade Civics explains their misunderstandings...

    Thankfully, you are there to set them straight. The real question remains: What does the Boston Tea Party have to do with the Thirteen Colonies eventual break away from British rule? And as a bonus question - Was Paul Revere the Headless Horseman? [ humour = warped ]
