    WOW!!

Can you imagine the shrill hysteria if Sarah Palin said the exact same thing?

I've watched that a half-dozen times, and I still can barely believe he said that. I've heard Biden is prone to gaffes, but that one is a doozy.

Here is a doozy for you.

I wonder why McCain laughed when one of his supporters called Hillary a Bitch? I did not hear whining about sexism then. I wonder what the oh so sensitive one thinks about calling women "c*nts?".

I could go on, but I am hungry for dinner!!!! :)

And, the best part about the Biden video is the look on his face once he realizes what he said......you can't buy entertainment like that.[/QUOTE]

I think the word "priceless" comes to mind!

10 years is not that long ago. Plus, his recent indifference to women being called bitches is more recent. This could come back to bite him when they try to use Palin as "Sexism shield".

This Biden story? The media played it up. Then they went to the town and interviewed the Indian people in the area. They said it was true, and thought it was funny. The story died out at that point. If I recall correctly, they even got increased business by putting up Abu signs from "The Simpsons".

Right, because John McCain is the only male in the history of American civilization to use the word "bitch", right?

You can't possibly be serious....that received ZERO coverage in the mainstream media; the only reason I knew about it was because I saw it here, and I'm a political junkie who watches the alphabet channels pretty regularly.

I don't doubt you for a second; my point is if John McCain said the exact same thing, we could expect righteous indignation from Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann, MSNBC, CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC, etc.

The mainstream media have tossed objectivity so far overboard in this election, I really think it's going to come back to bite them because it seems like people are finally sick of the one-sided commentary.

I think all parties can be accused of using all sorts of words against and among each other. Sexist, Bi%c&,Basta*d, F...k ( Cheney ), and the infamous N word.

Heck, just the other day a Georgia Republican used the word "Uppity" to describe either Barack or Michelle. The reporter even did a double take and said "I am sorry, what did you say? " "I said Uppity". I did not hear about that on the mainstream news.

It was front-page news in the Boston Globe when then-Governor Mitt Romney used the word "niggardly" during a staff meeting; the self-righteous indignation was running hot & heavy until someone thought to look it up in a dictionary.
