DNA confirms guilt in 1992 execution

    Well, you and I know that juries are really pretty good at their job.

    What bothered me was seeing how relieved the prosecutor was. That makes me wonder if he had some doubts...

    Of COUSE he was guilty!

    Yeah, probably, but it makes me wonder about "reasonable doubt."

    What is the meaning of "beyond a reasonable doubt"? Would there be such a thing as an "unreasonable doubt"? If so, could, would, or should one vote to convict if one still had some unreasonable doubts? How would a juror know if his/her doubts were unreasonable?
