The problem is that most Bush supporters are like most Marines that I know- pansies with big mouths, little brains, and low IQ's.

This is hilarious - did you post it yourself?

I am utterly and thoroughly amazed you know "most" of the 59 million Bush supporters! You must be a very well traveled man.

Furthermore, 68% of the U.S. military supported Bush. I am glad you think the soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan "pansies."

I can think of one Bush supporter that would love to call this loudmouth's bluff.

Here's a guy who doesn't seem to be getting gratification from merely insulting strangers who are different from him, and is harboring fantasies of physically injuring them.

Its kind of the reductio-ad-absurdem of "venting".

Bush supporters generally don't read Craig's list. I thought it was a dating service for persons unusually inclined.

Perhaps raking leaves or shoveling snow would be a more productive use of his pent up rage. I am certain there are therapists he could discuss this with as well.

Oh, and all the Bush supporters I know are armed so I hope Conan the Democrat does not simply select one at random.

Jimmy and the Uncle - I know you can read - can't you? Or can you only read from the GW and Karl Rove book of half truths?

I said nothing about any solider in Iraq or Afgahnistan. I simply made a snide remark about the Gyrne Corp. Having been a Navy ET, I can honestly say that a great many Marines that I have worked with in the past are well - frankly not rocket scientists. I am sorry if you think this is an insult, but frankly, it is just my observation.

With that said, a great many of the Army MP's that I have worked with over the years who later have become Boston Cops have pretty low IQ's as well.

Most Bush supporters can't read - how do you think he got re-elected?

Your posts have made it quite clear rocket scientists are in short supply. :D

We looked for his picture on the ballot and placed our "X" by it. :D :D :D :D

This is a very strange post coming from someone whose spelling and grammar are atrocious!

Well it seems enough of them could read the ballot.

Wow, M.E. do you realize how offensive your posts have become? Do you really believe that all that disagree with you must be wrong?

Since it doesn't seem to bother either you or Bruce to post offensive posts, I don't think it should bother me as well. At least I am usually not targeting a specific person. This is something that Bruce can never say.

And to answer your question: No. Do you feel the same way?

And Jimmy, baaby! Do you really want to go there are far as grammar and spelling? If this was anything more than a mere message board, I would check for grammar and spelling. I can however make it a point to grammar/spell check your work if that is what you wish.

Foremost, my favorite "Bush basher," my reply was sarcastic because of your idiotic post that "most" Bush supporters cannot read.

I stand corrected. OK - you win: "some" then!

    M.E.

You posted about all Bush supporters. Jimmy pointed out that it is unlikely you know even a small percentage of them. Bruce has strong opinions, but I can't remember him posting that kind of statement. I know I certainly haven't.

It really seems likely you and Tom are going out of your way to paint conservatives in a bad light. Do you really want to be a Left Wing Rush Limbaugh? I hope not. Both parties have something to offer and both when taken to extremes are of little value.

Right now the country has thrown its support to Bush and the conservative side. It is appropriate for the winning party to promote the positions they ran on. That isn't evidence of partisanship. It is simply their responsibility.

So for the sake of all, take a pause before your next political post. Find something in the opposite view that you LIKE. Lets stop the hateful devisive posts.

  20. Hear, hear..... no offense to Mr. Engineer though. Sometimes words written on a discussion forum take on extra vehemence that is not intended and would not be present if the principals were talking f2f.....
