I am in my last year at Liberty University and will receive my BS in Psychology. I want to later pursue my Masters, so I can teach online courses and later teach as a local community college, here in So CA. I understand about the 18 grad units and all the requirements. I'm wondering if any one can give me their advice, from their experience, how their graduate program turned out for them and how successful they were to obtaining offers?

I am interested in getting two Masters. One in Pastoral Counseling and another in possibly Education. Any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions? Many thanks. :feedback:

I would say accounting or finance but you should experience in the field. 18 grad credit without experience does not make you very competitive. What do you have a passion to teach?

I have a passion to teach Psychology, Counseling, and Christian Theology. In fact, I just like to teach. I enjoy teaching English and Math too. (Yes I know, I'm pushing it.)

Psychology is a good choice, because just about every undergrad program requires Intro to Psychology as part of the general education requirements, so there are usually adjunct positions available at various schools.

Western NM University has an MA in Interdisciplinary Studies where you can 18 credits in each of these - English and Psychology

What about a Masters in Organizational Psychology? I sounds like it covers a business aspect but also the psychology aspect in one degree. If I'm right, I believe this is a popular and growing degree in the industry. Any advice?
