My friend has an art therapy degree. She is not looking to teach the actual courses, she is looking to find out what she might be able to teach on-line. Also, as a bonus, she is trying to think of non-traditional places where she can teach seniors.

What level is her degree? Bachelors? Masters? Has she accumulated credits in any other subject area? In all liklihood the answer is "art therapy." Maybe.

So the only thing she is qualified to teach, according to general standards, is art therapy.

Yes, and teach English online, but it seems she is unwilling to help herself. She seems to be the typical American these days, complain about your situation instead of working to improve it.

OK, well she's your friend so I guess you'd know better than me. However, I'm not sure I understand how a degree in art therapy qualifies her to teach english at a college level.
