Members, I came across this link for software that is going to hit the marked this month. Supposely it will make grading student papers somewhat easier here is the link to the demo According to the author " I have written some an addin to Word 2003 or 2007 (for Windows) or Word 2004 (for Mac) that lets you create your own automated marking rubrics that you can easily complete by clicking cells in the rubric and pressing function keys. Pressing F6 will highlight the cell and record the mark, F5 and f7 will increase and decrease the mark and F8 will total the marks, convert it to a percentage and then convert it to a grade" You can see a demo video at http://emarkingassistant.com/movies/rubric/ I am looking for some people to test the software and give me some feedback on its usefulness.
