So...has anyone any info about the "American College of Applied Science" in Florida? I sent a letter of interest, as I saw in Higher Ed that they were hiring. I've seen the website. State approved, apparently. hmmm...less than wonderful? Wonderful? Anyone? Yes...it's come to this...I've been sending out constant apps, with two masters degrees, one of them a terminal Masters, and I cannot find an online or local gig, or even a hint of a call back ANWHERE. Jeeez. Tis getting irritating. sigh.
Florida is one of the states that is, as far as I know, relatively strict about educational institutions within its boundaries, so the fact that it is licensed in Florida would indicate it's not an unwonderful. That said, I'd question the utility of a bachelors or masters degree from *any* unaccredited school, however that by itself doesn't make it a bad choice of a place to consider, particularly in this economy. Have you searched our message archives for other posts about the school?
