Hello all. I am 28 and a few weeks shy of getting my MBA, I will have also received a CMBA at that point. I have a BS in Finance. Both of my degrees were obtained from Western Governors University. I have a great understanding of distance education as a student myself. I also have several years of corporate experience as an employee and running my own business (paintball league). My teaching experience is extremely limited and is centered around minimal training provided to peers in my corporate positions.

I am extremely interested in becoming an adjunct professor, especially to get some classes online. I am also willing to try and get on at a local community college once I have completed my MBA.

I am looking for help and advice on where to start and what I should do in order to break into this field. I am concerned I may not have the proper requirements and would love some feedback.

Thank you in advance for your help!!

Hi T - Welcome to degreeinfo! There seems to be a lot of people with MBAs trying to find adjunct teaching spots so you might have some real competition. I think that if you look through the threads in this forum you'll see that many of them relate to your interest. Best of luck!
