I keep getting emails that people have replied to a thread I have subscribed to. When I click on the link I get this:

    Anyone else?

This reply should get you an email directing you to this thread.

If you'll reply in turn then I should get a similar email.

And so it goes and so we shall see.

Got this okay. The ones that brought up the "dead link" message were ones saying John Bear has posted.

Oh, you weren't informed about Dr. Bear's posts? I'm surprised.

My email linked me back to this so I guess the regular links are OK.

It a shame you missed it, Jimmy; you would have benefited immensely from Dr. Bear’s post. He gave an excellent description of how to differentiate one’s gluteal region from one’s olecran. :D

On a slightly more serious note, there are a few glitches in the database backend that runs the forum. We think this is an artifact of when we had a problem where a hard drive running on one of the DegreeInfo web servers died a few months back. (The same problem that caused the "most number of posters" message to be dated about 20 years before DegreeInfo was founded for several weeks.) I wouldn't worry about it, just a little glitch that probably relates only to one thread.

Okay, sorry I didn't get it. Thanks for the explanation, Chip.
