Who else noticed the winner of the 100 metres at the world athletics championships in France is non other than Kim Collins, a citizen of St Kitts? The 100m is arguably the most prestigious event on the athletics calendar. He ran a great race and deserved to win. What made this year's 100m world champs remarkable, other than the victory in the final by the redoubtable Mr Collins, was the amazing hissy fit of the USA's Jon Drummond in a quarter final when he lay down on the track after being disqualified!
