A few years ago I had a discussion about education with the owner of a successful mid-sized company. He only had a high school diploma. His belief was that an MBA degree teaches someone how to be a good employee. The business owners are too busy for school! He may have a point. True It is quite funny when you think about it. Seems it was the so called HS grad or "uneducated" dropout that built this nation and most of it's small businesses from the ground up only to have the spoiled child with his/her "higher education" MBA only to run everything in the ground, or sell it off to China.
