    Hope DL supply comes to match DL demand in the Anglosphere so to moderate pricing.

    Yes, but will MGU field a competitive football team this year.

    I guess they got wind that IBM et.al. are exporting white-collar tech jobs to Europe and other places where there is a future business.

    Russia is a big source of software development, strong computer knowledge and cheap labor- as is India.

    Marxist pompousness no doubt. One would question the accreditation of Moscow State U. What another state approved university?

    I don't know what is the status of Russian schools but the Soviet Union did pour resources into science and engineering. The knowledge is there and I wish them luck in utilizing it.

    If the info on this is available then the best guide to the viability of Russian schools might be in the transferability of Russian courses/degrees to "Western" schools.

    It does appear that Russia is making a grand effort to rise from the ashes. Investing in science and technology may assure them of a major global position in the near future.
