Here's a listing of Bangladesh universities on what may or may not be an official website. The public universities are what you would expect, but the private universities are kind of remarkable. http://www.ugc.org/university_list.htm I particularly like the wonderfully named Daffodil International University. There's North - South University and East - West University. There's Leading University, Premier University and Prime University, as well as the prestigious Stamford University. The English language takes on new and luxuriant permutations in the Asian heat: Prime University's motto is: "A Home For Rendering Prime Knowledge". Their welcome reads: "Welcome everybody in search of knowledge to come to Prime University to undertake best possible education for nation building and service to the humankind." It's not how an American would have written it, but it's understandable and strangely likeable. I don't have a clue what to make of all this. Maybe these places are legitimate, maybe they aren't. Maybe they offer DL, maybe they don't. Many of them have website links, so it might be interesting to look at some of them.
One Indian university, where an FAQ button might have been expected, had an "ask your doubt" button on its website with the same function. Interesting.
