    There is good news though... if this doesn't pan out, the big posters should feel qualified to go into the travel industry and rate hotels...

    * seedy = degree mill
    ** low budget, economy = unaccredited
    *** moderately acceptable = state certified, state approved
    **** moderately deluxe = nationally accredited
    ***** luxury = regionally accredited

    vacation's coming and it's on my mind...

    I couldn't help it... I guess I've been pouring over Hawaiian hotel ratings too much lately and the parallel was unavoidable. On the bright side though, one could view the suggested rating system as occupational guidance... ! :cool:

    Yes, well that's a point... pehaps no stars awarded to less than legal. So, in the travel guide that would be seedy, illegal hotel... then one could move up to seedy.
