The Grand Erie District School Board in Ontario has online courses for home school students. I think it is a good idea, it will dispense with a host of discipline problems. Roy Maybery
It's good article. However, having just completed a book on nontraditional ways to earn high school diplomas, I can assure the writer that there are more than two dozen online schools for elementary-aged children. Still, it's better than much of what else I've read. Tom Nixon

Tom, I have enjoyed my copy of Bears' Guide to Education Degrees and have used it to steer some colleagues toward their masters degrees. When will your high school book be available?
