I tried doing a search on this forum for Adams College. It appears that there hasn't been anything mentioned about this bogus college. They are accredited by an accrediting agency that seem to be fake as well. http://www.adamscollege-edu.us/index.php I like the section about their law school. Good for a laugh.
AC appears to share the same parentage as that of Hartford University, discussed in this thread. Another Adams, Adams University does not seem to be related to whomever is operating AC, but is one of the six or so 'schools' in the Sterling U. group discussed here.
I thought Lewis, Gilbert, and the rest of the Tri-Lambs would have known to choose their college better.
Never underestimate the power of double-secret probation. Here's a quote from one of my appellate briefs: "If the retroactive date truly was an “error” maybe respondents’ counsel can just write another secret letter to the trial court and get a nunc pro tunc nunc pro tunc order. If Dean Wormer can put Delta House on “double secret probation” why can’t the trial court just issue a “double secret nunc pro tunc” order?" Verdict: Judgment reversed.
