I have had virtually no support from others whenever I share my personal dream of climbing the educational ladder. Over time, I have received the following sarcastic comments from various people: You can complete your Bachelors degree from the nursing home. I know a lot of idiots who have Bachelors degrees. Why are you getting a Masters degree? It won’t help you get ahead!!! Getting a Masters degree is a waste of time and money. Getting a Masters degree won’t make you any smarter. Getting a Masters degree is useless. A doctoral degree will look good on your tombstone. etc. Here at DegreeInfo.com, it is nice to commingle with others who have likeminded dreams. Additionally, I have learned a great deal from others who are pursuing the same endeavors. Thank you DegreeInfo for providing this forum for likeminded individuals.

I join Mr. Me again in thanking those who participate in this forum and especially those who provide and maintain the website. I do receive a great deal of support and encouragement from those around me. However, from the most surprising sources, I too have received comments like: "Why are you getting a Masters degree? It won’t help you get ahead!!! Getting a Masters degree is a waste of time and money. Getting a Masters degree won’t make you any smarter. Getting a Masters degree is useless." Just making progress toward identified goals has great deal of intrinsic value. I am continuously inspired the regulars here. I wish everyone well on achieving their own educational goals.

The whole academic world now worships at my feet because my dissertation on why Sir Isaac Newton was wrong has revolutionized our understanding of basic physics. Once I publish my dissertation on the kittens of Botswannaland that can speak to the dead of ancient Egypt, it will revolutionize our understanding of ancient history.
Searched "Comical Ali" and got 439 hits. And his name isn't even Ali. He needs an agent to book his act into Vegas. I mean he needs to do Vegas. Must tick him off to be part of a brutal repressive regime and not even get your own card. Even the guys that warm the bench get a card. Rumour has him dead. Would be a waste of talent. I am very grateful for this site. I came here not knowing squat about accreditation, nor did I know anything about DL. Thanks to all who have helped me, even those who gave me constructive crititizm. I was on my way to getting a "degree" from a college who claimed bogus accreditation(not recognised). Kevin

I was the same way, until I read Dr. Bear's book. It was a real eye opener. I happened upon this website by accident and was extremely surprised to see a connection with John Bear's book.
