Three Religious Posts Per Week ???

Bill Grover has recently committed to making only three (3) religious posts per week, although he does admit a weakness in this area. In the spirit of DegreeInfo, does this mean:

    1. Posts which deal directly with religious oriented topics, e.g., "Utility of religious degree mill degrees?"

    2. Posts which emphasize Christianity only, e.g., "Is Jesus really God?"

    3. Posts limited to textual exegesis of the Bible, e.g., "What are the historio-grammatical implications of the term sophia?

    4. Posts written to other "known religious posters," e.g., North, Janko, Tony, etc.?

    5. Posts which malign Gus, Bill D. & Rich for not embracing his (Bill G's) personal position on Christianity, e.g., "Can those who are not UZ students really understand truth?"

How should this commitment be interpreted? Oh yes, if you respond Bill, this is one of the three for this week. ;)

Gee, Russell, never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that I would bear the exalted title of "known religious poster". I would guess that about 10% of my DegreeInfo posts were religious in nature.

I have posted far more on education reform, charter schools and Ph.D. vs. Ed.D. than on religious issues. However, it is true that the thread that Bill Grover started with my name on it, "Hey Tony Pina RE: LDS Beliefs" generated more attention (over 1100 views).

Oh well, I recall that Burgess Meredith--a distinguishd actor whose career spanned six decades--once lamented that many people only knew him for the few times he played the "Penguin" in the campy 60s "Batman".

    Tony,

It only takes one (1) post which vaguely alludes to religion and one becomes "known religious poster."

I, for one, didn't appreciate being called "phobic," nor the implication that something bad must have happened to me regarding religion for me to feel like I do. (It hasn't.)

Please point out anytime where I've initiated anad hominem attack on a poster. (I've retaliated on occasion, but have I ever started one? Nooooooo.)

Bill needs a good 12 step program. Then he can limit himself to one hour on Sunday when Portland teams aren't playing.

I personnaly am an advocate of the 24 step program:

    24 can in a case, 24 hours in a day - coincidence?

I already have a 12 step program. During commercials I walk to the refrigerator,

This was NOT a theological post!
