This is just to say thanks to all the contributors whose postings have helped me make better decisions about my own DL--including keeping me from some terrible and expensive blunders. I appreciate the fact that when I started asking questions they met with explanations rather than condescension. The search function is a real treasure, as the accumulation of details over time has served to paint a clearer picture of several institutions (some good, some godawful). So: milliary best wishes to all. Janko

Hey, come on Unk. I thought this post was going to be about heavy mechanized war machines. :D

Really though, I believe many of us feel the same way you do.

Of course you can't wait, Bill, since you're a premillennialist.
Being amillennialist, I have all the time in the world.
(To non-theology types: Bill thinks Jesus will come back and then a thousand-year messianic kingdom of perfect peace and justice will be ushered in, after which the remaining events of the end of the world will take place. I think He will come back pretty much at the end of the whole shebang. We are probably both wrong.)

Actually, I think Jesus will be disappointed when he returns. He obviously will see this world in a more chaotic state that when he left it 2,000 years ago.:(

Gee, I thought Christians believed in the divinity of Jesus. A guy with those connections ought know what's going on in the world. Doesn't He get cable?
