Imagine! If we could get the Iraqi armed forces, the Republican Guard and even Saddam Hussein enrolled in DL degree programs, who knows how this impending crisis would play out?

    Possible sequence of events:

    1) Send the French into Iraq with applications from RA/GAAP institutions.
    2) Then, send the Germans in with information about the BA in 30 Days option.
    3) Next, 30 days later, send the Chinese/North Koreans/Russians in with BA diplomas for all Iraqi citizens.
    4) While everyone is celebrating, send in US/Brit/Spanish/Canadian elite forces, and quitely escort Saddam out of the country.
    5) In exile (in a Kurdish tent village surrounded by surviving family members of those Saddam has gassed), enroll Saddam in 10 consecutive doctoral programs--enough to keep him busy with research for the rest of his life.

Well, it is a peaceful solution!!!!!!

Saddam does have 10 PhDs. But he got them all from diploma mills. As for peace? That day will come when a MOAB Bomb hits the Royal Palace in Bagdad.
