How do I find out who registered an .edu site?

    It used to be easy. Now I realize that I don't know how any more. Doesn't seem to work in register.com or whois.net or betterwhois.com, which were the 3 I used.

    I'm specifically looking into American City University (www.americancityuni.edu), apparently a new Wyoming wonder, but I'm wondering in general, too.

    Thank you, Bill.

    Now I know that American City University (licensed in the 'we don't care what you do' state of Wyoming) is located on Waterloo Road in London, at exactly the same address (#51-55) as Schiller International University.

    Curiously, in its early years, Schiller operated only in Europe with its only degree-granting authority coming from its founder's home, in Wisconsin as I recall.

    Is history repeating itself?
