A reader has just sent me a few pages from TV Guide which have display ads for the dreadful St. Regis University. He says they appear every few weeks. That ain't cheap. They appear between the ad for "Barbara Norcross, psychic advisor to the rich & famous for over 30 years" and the "Make $1,200 a week stuffing envelopes at home" ad. Seems appropriate, I guess.
Maybe they should advertise in the National Enquirer. If they really want the reader's attention they can say that they've appointed a new chancellor - Dr. Professor Usama Saddam Bin Ladin...... That should get a reaction to their ad!
