If any of you are interested in the recent dramatic world events and in the threats of weapons of mass destruction, check out the Monterey Institute of International Studies' (MIIS, not MIGS) Center for Nonproliferation Studies. It's a treasure trove of facts and opinion about Iraqi, North Korean and al Quaida nuclear, chemical and biological activities. (And it seems from recent news stories that world intelligence agencies read this stuff.)

MIIS also has extensive material on the Nuclear Threat Initiative's website, including several searcheable online abstracts on NBC matters, along with detailed country studies for a couple of dozen nations of WMD interest.
