This matter is clearly of interst to CHEA, the Council on Higher Education Accreditation, in Washington. Consider then this headline on a BBC report, found on Google News: "CHEA CONFIRMS REBEL ADVANCE ON LIBERIA'S CAPITAL" Like the CIA fighting unliked politicians in other countries, can it be that CHEA is funding the rebel forces,in hopes of topping the Education Minister and ending this practice.
