According to USA Today the town of New Rome, Ohio, may soon be dissolved, i.e., if some local residents have their way. The article states: "This ticket MILL [caps mine] may soon shut down, done in by...angry local merchants." The locals are angry because the town has become a speed trap, defined by recent legislation as "towns that generate 30-50% of their revenue from traffic fines." Man, those pesky MILLS are everywhere, huh?
