I'm wondering why John Walsh of Brannagh is denied the right to read this forum.

I've just finished forwarding some postings to John on Norfolk Island, at his request, and he wonders (and so do I) why he is being denied access to DegreeInfo.com, apparently both for reading postings and for posting his own.

A search also reveals that he can read (or did have that capacity) these threads. Has something happened? Blocking IP addresses perhaps?

Why are you asking me? I don't have anything to do with access to this board. I was just suggesting to the poster that she could find out all that's been written here about Brannagh and Greenwich by doing a search.

According to John WoB, all of Norfolk Island is blocked from access here, since there is apparently only one ISP for the entire island, all 1,500 people.

 

A week later, I'm still wondering.

I am sure you have seen this post, it was on a thread you started.

Perhaps it is not just one IP number but a class of numbers?

Regardless, you are obviously asking the administrators this question, since they and only they know the answer.
