Well that section says, We anticipate that all staff members will work together in a responsible, just, and mutually respectful manner leading one to believe that things are just getting off the ground and this is the expectation... Then, in the history section, we read, The University continues to be a leader in quality degree programs. So which is is??? Or in the past have they NOT expected their staff and faculty to work together?? Did this experience with anarchy cause them to shoot for this higher standard in the future? Obviously, this is a quality institution. At least the website is quality.... clint
