    Canada is in the process of ratifying the Kyoto Agreement on greenhouse gasses. To the best of my knowledge, we seem to be the only country that will have a challenge meeting targets.

    Russia - not signed on
    United States - not signed on
    Mexico - not signed on
    China - no targets
    India - no targets
    Germany - with shutdown of East German coal fired industry, already meets targets
    Britain - shutdown of coal fired industry, already meets targets
    Japan - economy in toilet, already meets targets
    Canada - screwed

    Our climate is not at all out of the range of historical temperature variations. What has happened since the 1960s and 1970s, when the fear was global cooling from carbon dioxide?
