    ...orphaned and incarcerated - THAT is definitely as case of double disadvantage, but we wouild also have to take into account the benefits he has:

    * free lodging

    * free food - not even charged for it when someone sh**s in it to add to the texture and taste

    * free medical

    * free education

    What could be better than that
