Royalmail.com shows postcode WC1N 1DZ belonging to University of London Computer Centre at 20 Guilford Street. There is no listing for a 23 Guilford Street.
Certainly the same group of phonies, since there's a stray file on the web site that refers to Shaftesbury University. Also one that mentions University of Dorchester, which I'm not familiar with.
Dorchester University is apparently not ready for debut as of yet. Stafford's address, 10 COLLEGE TERRACE, LONDON E3 5AN, could be established not too long ago as belonging to Len Mailing Address & Telephone Services, an address shared with South Atlantic University.
No number 23? This reminds me of my old tax practitioner days and the issues with 'dummy' companies. The operators/peepetrators had 2 ploys: 1. To locate the place at an address that didn't exist - The raod stops at 350 at the beach - so register the company at No 400 - well out in the water - 23 wouldn't by extunsion be in a river or a lake would it? 2. The other ploy was to rock up to a pub and get a couple of drunks and give them an open check on the bar for a month and then nominate them as the 'directors' of the companies - in one case over 900 companies. So maybewith degree mills, the 'non-existent address' will be followed by drunks as directors - at least it 'focuses' the liability doesn't it?

I am finalising 9 exams - mostly law - and trying to get people to become serious about the assessment - where is the seriousness, and the genuineness of endeavour? With the adults retraining it is very evident, but half of the kids don't really care ... And, now I have to reassess a large group of Post Y12 sessional teachers under our new Australian Quality Training Framework [refer to www.anta.gov.au] - and what about well trained teachers who are 'lousy' teachers, and excellent teachers without up to date accredited qualifications or paperwork? Guess who I would like to recommend are dropped back next year? And [yes - bugger the grammer, it is a second 'and'] a nice list of people presenting, 1 week before the exams, for RPL/RCC ... in law subjects of course But, Gert, John and the rest, I could not attempt to even start this enormous list of tasks without the assurance that my unaccredited degrees have really 'prepared' me ...

It would be interesting to know what the UAHC or CCAR think about the Carolina gonif. Will the CCAR knowingly admit a milled rabbi? I doubt it. Would they retain one in membership if notified? Who knows? I have observed that one only finds this level of clergy self-congratulation on congregational websites when the cleric in question has been, uh, finely milled. The religion in question doesn't matter.
search the forums for strassford. I do not think you will find it is new. I have covered this previously, but 10 College Terrace was a multi/vitual office that has now been turned into flats. Len of the mailing service was only one of the occupants and claims to have had dealings with only Bridgewater University (www.bridgewateronine.info) and the South Atlantic University (www.sau.hypermarket.net but site is comletely unmaintained).
