Navy's distance-learning program is ranked among top three nationally

Navy E-Learning is is training focused, but apparently there is an effort to have college credit awarded for courses completed.

"Navy officials said they hope the courses soon will count as college credits. According to the Naval Education and Training Center, some institutions, such as the University of Phoenix, already give college credit for most Navy E-Learning courses".
