My guess is that 99.9% of visitors to the website will be impressed by the Ph.D. and the other .1% will just be puzzled.

 

He was thinking, "nobody knows, nobody checks, nobody cares." This is normally a correct assumption.

The Engineer & Architect bodies in the state that this guy is registered in would be really interested to learn that one of their own is misrepresenting himself.

Code of eithics (I think it is) states that you cant do this, especially in a profession where he is also licensed (or is he licensed?)
