Why bison meat?

    If I omit the www from www.degreeinfo.com why does a site appear and try to entice me to purchase bison meat? :eek: :eek: :eek:

    That is odd I searched for bison. Perhaps I searched for buffalo. But I hope my meat arrives soon. I actually lived near there in Asheville, NC some time ago. Close to UNC-A!

    Mystery meat

    30years ago when I lived in a student residence I would eat turkey pies, chicken pies, or beef pies. I would not eat "meat pies". The possibilities were disturbing.

    DNS glitch. We're changing the way we serve DNS in preparation for the beta testing of our new accredited degree search engine, and the bison meat website happens to share the same server as degreeinfo. The "degreeinfo.com" domain wasn't properly delegated, so the server just decided to serve up the first site with a matching IP address.

    At least it wasn't the "red-hot degreeinfo mamas" site :)
